Returns

You have the right to submit a return request to Boonee alus within 30 days of receiving your product. Follow these steps for returning your purchased items:

• Visit the website and log into your personal account.
• View your order and initiate a return or exchange request for any unwanted product.
• Place the product in its original shipping box or a suitable cardboard box.
• Seal the cardboard box properly.
• Affix the return information label and prepaid return shipping label to the packaging box. The new package should not show the previous delivery address or information.

We encourage you to use Boonee alus' return service for better product protection and appropriate shipping insurance. However, you may use a different shipping option to return the product or products to us. For any inquiry related to the return process, please email us at booneealus@gmail.com.

Return and Refund Policy

If you choose to return the item and get a refund under these terms, we will refund the purchase price of the product, excluding original shipping costs. Boonee Alus will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned product. A refund will be issued using the same payment method when the original purchase was made. Please note, a returned product or products must be in its or their original condition for Boonee Alus to process the refund. We reserve the right to refuse your refund request if the value of the product is reduced as it is damaged or its characteristics or function is not as good as before due to the way you handle the product. To get a refund, please ensure the product you are to return remains in its original condition, with its original tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges

At present, Boonee alus does not offer online exchange services. If you wish to exchange a purchased item, please follow the return policy above to return it and place a new order for another desired product.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the product is dispatched. To do so, log into your personal account, locate your order details, and select the option to cancel your order. You will receive a confirmation email, and any payment made will be refunded accordingly to your account from which the original payment was made.
